We Are Arising Together
· We have no pastor and no paid staff, so each one of us needs to eventually arise and take hold of their piece of our story.
There is no "they" as in "they need to do this." They is us, each one of us stepping up to contribute as we are led.
· We’re a low-cost operation with highly committed people, so we get to ask, “How can we effectively, responsibly give away our funds to further God’s work?”
· We aren't tied to any denomination, which allows us to minister and worship in ways more authentic to us.
We also need to be listening more closely for the Holy Spirit to guide us and show us our unique role in the Church.
· We aren’t called or capable of housing all the ministries we’re interested in. Instead, we partner with other like-minded organizations and people who are already in place. We want to build and serve within a wider, diverse relational network.
