There's no Pastor? How does that work?

Guidance is responsible for Oversight and long-term Vision and Direction of the church. They articulate Values, handle Communication, file all Official Reporting and manage the ins and outs of the Bank Account.

The Growth Team is where the rubber meets the road because they are charged to Implement the Vision and Values in these 5 areas:

• WORSHIP coordinates Sunday services.
• PRAY provides the Prayer portion of the Sunday service and is the home of Arise Healing Ministries.
• LEARN  provides the instructional aspect on Sunday as well as other periodic small group studies.
• SERVE acts as a hub for opportunities to serve inside and outside Arise.
• CARE sees to our members, organizing social gatherings and help when needed.
